Key Information Documents

The key information documents (KIDs) below are being provided pursuant to European Union ("EU") regulation No. 1286/2014. This regulation requires the development of KIDs for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs), which include options and futures products cleared by OCC. KIDs are intended to provide EU retail investors with an overview of the PRIIP, including a risk assessment and starting on January 1, 2018 must be delivered to retail investors in the language of the investor's home country in advance of the purchase or sale of a PRIIP by the person advising on or selling the PRIIP.
